Welcome to Ikigai Integrated, on offer is a unique blend of therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Ikigai Integrated is about combining my two passions – therapeutic Japanese bodywork, and birth work. I can provide tailored care to women in all areas of fertility, pregnancy, birth and post-partum.

Hi, I’m Ambre, and I have been practicing Shiatsu and Oriental Therapies for the last five years, and have had the opportunity and honour to support many women in their journey to health and wellbeing.

I have since become a mother, birth attendant, and post-partum Doula. My own birth opened my eyes to the challenges women face during this incredibly vulnerable time.

A nurturer at heart, I am confident and passionate about optimizing care for all women, no matter their personal preferences or experience along the path to motherhood. My “superpowers” are the ability to multi-task, remain calm, empathetic, and focused in high pressure situations.

As someone who has worked in the heath care industry for over a decade I know how important informed consent and evidence-based practices are. With me on your team you can feel at ease knowing I’ve got your back no matter what pops up along the way

I enjoy working with women at all stages of their journey including pre-conception care, pregnancy, and postpartum.
