Hello, I’m Aimee and I’m so glad you’re here! Being here means you’re taking the time to research your options for pregnancy, birth and/or postpartum support which is very wise and insightful, and hopefully will be the start of a really nourished journey for you! I’m a pregnancy, birth and postpartum doula in the Blue Mountains, providing support from Lithgow through the Blue Mountains and down to the Nepean area, and would so love to meet you š

š What does this mean for you? šFull spectrum support from pregnancy through to postpartum including education, support, nourishment, technique provision and encouragement so that you can have positive and supported pregnancy, birth and postpartum experiences.I have supported women, their partners and families in a variety of settings from home to hospital, with private medical care and public. I’ve supported women planning physiological births, planned caesareans, Vaginal Birth After Caesareans (VBAC), twin pregnancies and more. Having experienced a caesarean in a public hospital and 2 VBACs at home, I feel uniquely placed to meet women where they’re at, provide compassionate and empathetic support and be that continuous encouragement for you, whatever your decisions may be.
