My postpartum offering focuses on creating a loving and nurturing environment. When a baby is born, so is a mother. She needs love, care and attention, just like her baby. Her heart is open and vulnerable. If we nourish her, we nourish her baby. As a doula, I offer holistic postpartum care in your house, honouring the sacred fourth trimester. We'll discuss what best suits your family but as an example I can cook healing food based on ayuvedic wisdom, teach belly binding to aid restoration, provide massage to increase oxytocin and help you create self care plans. Helping ease the transition with understanding and support.
