Hey there mama! I am a student doula based on the Gold Coast. I am a postpartum doula, post natal mental health advocate, healer and nurturer. I felt called to focus on postpartum support & healing as it’s one of the hardest & most rewarding journey into motherhood. The lack of support and help during the time where resting and bonding with your baby earthside is crucial, made me realise how much I am needed and for me to hold the space for the mother, nurture her & nourish her mind, body and soul whilst she nurtures her sweet little babe.
I am a massive postnatal mental health advocate as I know first hand about the darkness that can come when transitioning from maiden to mother. My aim is to support, nourish, nurture & guide you through your first 40 days after birth; the fourth trimester.
As a healer and herbalist, I offer holistic and alternative services which include womb healings, mother blessing ceremonies, crystal healings and more.
