I’m a certified Birth and Post Natal Doula, located in North Brisbane, Qld.
I’m passionate about giving women the tools and support they need to have the best birth experience possible. I specialise in aromatherapy, accupressure and hypnobirthing. I have a diploma in nutrition and love to help women nourish their bodies from the inside out, through simple, mindful meals and regular exercise. Services
Basic Birth Doula Package
$1,800.00
Two prenatal visits, full labour support and two post-natal visits.
Post-Natal Visits
$60.00
You can make this the primary care you receive, add to the basic birth package or meal preparation package. This is time for me to help you out post-partum and give you an extra hand either with your baby or housework.
Extra Prenatal Visits
$120.00
We'll go through your birth plan and prepare for labour and post-partum. I'll lead you through labour techniques, reducing fear and practising relaxation. I will also help you prepare your home for after birth and help you set-up your space to make post-partum transition easier.
Post-partum Meal Preparation
$300.00
A week of dinners and snacks, planned and prepared to make the settling in period easier and stress-free. Groceries included in price.
