Hi there! I’m a post natal doula passionate about supporting new families. My mission is to empower mothers, helping you connect with your innate strength, power and knowledge about what’s best for you and your baby. I provide compassionate support during the end of your pregnancy and the postpartum period. Offering emotional care, practical help and expert guidance. My focus is on your recovery and your bond with baby.

In a world where parenting often feels isolated my hope is for me to feel like a warm embrace during a time of significant change and adjustment. A compassionate presence that helps new mothers and partners navigate the early days of motherhood with confidence and ease. For me to become part of your village, hold space for you, walk along side you through everything you face on your journey into parenthood.

My goal is to create a nurturing environment where both mother and baby can thrive. I am here to make your transition to parenthood as smooth and joyful as possible! As a qualified social worker and perinatal mental health counsellor I take a holistic approach, which focuses on understanding individuals within the broader context of their families, communities, and cultural backgrounds. With an understanding that there are many amazing mothers out there that don’t have these supports .. that’s where I come in 🙂
