If you’re looking for a familiar, trusted person to walk beside you throughout your journey, I offer personalised doula support from pregnancy through labour, birth and the early postnatal months. With almost 20 years of doula and counselling experience, and additional extensive training in perinatal mental health, I bring together emotional support, practical guidance, birth preparation and a calm, reassuring presence.

My standard doula package typically includes: • 2 prenatal visits — preparation, education, birth preferences and getting to know you and your hopes for your birth • On-call support around your due date and for labour and birth • 2 postnatal visits — practical and emotional support as you settle into life with your baby My role is to provide continuous emotional, practical and physical support, while respecting your choices and helping you feel informed, confident and supported throughout your experience.

Pricing: $2,500 standard package $2,000 when booked directly with me Custom packages are also available to suit your needs and budget.
