My path to this work began with my own birth journey — a traumatic first experience that left me feeling unheard, followed by a healing home birth that changed everything. I know what it feels like to walk into birth afraid, and I know what it feels like to walk out of it transformed. That is what brought me to this sacred, deeply human work. I am a Melbourne-based birth and postpartum doula with over seven years of experience supporting women and families through pregnancy, labour, and the tender weeks after birth. My approach is grounded in evidence-based knowledge and guided by intuition — I believe that birth is both a physiological event and a spiritual rite of passage, and that every woman deserves to be held with the same care, presence, and reverence. I support hospital births, home births, VBACs, and the fourth trimester. Whether you are stepping into birth for the first time, healing from a previous experience, or simply wanting someone in your corner who truly understands — I am here.
