Positive Postpartum Doula Support with Katie

I am Katie, mother of three adult children and living on the Coffs Coast with my husband. I was raised on the coast and in the country near Coffs Harbour and my passions lie in this community, the beauty and it’s abundance. I am creative, spending leisure time in art and crafts and cooking up dishes that speak my love language.

I am a postpartum doula, trained as a Postpartum Education and Care Professional in 2025. I have begun this vocation after raising three extraordinary children and following thirty years supporting children and families from diverse backgrounds in early childhood education, education support, early childhood coordination for children with disability and in community supports.

I have the yearning to provide the kind of support I’ve witnessed can transform the life of a newborn mother as you adjust to life with a baby, and ensure a positive transition supported in your personal growth and in the arms of a caring ‘village’.
