I believe becoming a mother is one of the most profound transformations a woman will ever move through. Not just birth, but the whole unfolding arc of it. The preparing, the waiting, the birthing, and the becoming.

Matrescence, the process of becoming a mother, is a threshold as significant as adolescence, and yet so few women are truly held through it. That is the work I am here for.

I am a clinical naturopath, birth and postnatal doula, death doula, and womancraft practitioner with over 20 years of experience walking beside women through every season of their lives. My approach weaves traditional women's wisdom with modern naturopathic medicine, holding you from fertility preparation and birth readiness, through active birth and into the tender early years of motherhood.

Your support with me isn't just emotional and physical. It is deeply informed by naturopathic and herbal medicine, Reiki, Shamanic Womancraft, rites of passage facilitation, and over two decades of holding women at the most sacred crossroads of their lives. I work from my herbal apothecary in Morpeth and from your home, and I bring the full breadth of that clinical and ceremonial training into every aspect of our time together.

I offer fully inclusive doula support covering preconception and fertility preparation for my clients especially between pregnancies. I offer prenatal visits and birth preparation, a personalised birth map, naturopathic consultation and herbal tonic, on-call birth support for a a small number of clients, postnatal debrief, and home visits.

I also offer motherblessing circle facilitation, homeopathic birth kit curation, breastfeeding support connections, and a lending library of birth and postpartum resources.
