I’m a Birth Doula witnessing births for 6 years based in Southern Adelaide, trained with The Matrona, and further enriched by learning traditional techniques such as Rebozo and Closing of the Bones with renowned Mexican Midwife Naoli Vinaver. With a background in health, I offer evidence-based information alongside grounded, holistic care for you to make informed decisions about your own journey.

Guided by the Tao of Midwifery, my role is to witness and walk beside you—offering advocacy, and physical, emotional, spiritual, and psychological support throughout your birth journey.

I am devoted to holding space for physiological birth while honouring your unique needs and desires, so you can birth in your own power, your own way.
