PREGNANCY A complimentary and obligation-free initial meeting where we meet each other, assess your needs and desires for birth, define and understand our expectations of one another to ensure we are the best fit for each other A workbook/journal for you to reflect and prepare to birth One prenatal session to help you clarify your preferences for birth, explain the options that are available to you and work on your Birth plan Phone, text and e-mail contact to answer your questions and offer suggestions and support during pregnancy 24/7 on-call availability from 38 weeks until your baby arrives LABOR AND BIRTH Continuous physical, emotional, and informational support for you and your partner for the duration of active labour until birth When active labour starts, I will join you either at your home or at the hospital/birth centre After the baby is born, I will assist you with skin-to-skin and initial breastfeeding. Once you feel ready and after you had a shower and something to eat (usually after an hour or two), I will leave you to enjoy your little one POSTNATAL One postnatal visit within the first few weeks after birth to check in, answer any questions you might have during the early postpartum period, provide an opportunity to process your birth experience together and celebrate the birth of your baby.

Classes are held during weekdays, after 6pm, in the comfort of your own home or virtually (if that is your preference). They are split in 4 sessions lasting ~2 hours per session. They are perfect for first time parents, but also for parents that have already experienced childbirth and are now looking at enhancing their knowledge for a more empowered birth. You will have access to a shared folder packed with information for you to access up to 6 weeks after the end of the course: handouts, videos, websites, resources and so much more!

Classes are held during weekdays, after 6pm. They are split in 4 sessions (~2.5 hours per session). Max 3 couples for each group, so book fast!
