In our prenatal visits, I focus on birth and postpartum planning as well as hands on training for both you and your partner. It means that whatever happens, you have options and are trained to advocate for yourself in a confident manner.

When it comes time for your birth, I am with you all the way. I guarantee myself at your birth and will labour with you to have your baby or babies in your arms. I support dad to make sure that he is always cared for you so you only have to focus on what’s important in the moment. I’m trained to help facilitate the turning of babies into optimal positions, relaxing the pelvic floor and to help labour pick up (if we need too) when it slows down.

When we work together, we get to know each other, you can rely on me to listen to you and to care. I don’t have another agenda, time doesn’t matter in our journey, only that you know I respect your choices. Whether it’s with an epidural or by planned c-section, I support your kind of birth, no one elses.
