I’m a certified Birth and Post Natal Doula, located in North Brisbane, Qld.
I’m passionate about giving women the tools and support they need to have the best birth and postpartum experience possible. I specialise in aromatherapy, accupressure, hypnobirthing and labour positioning, using these techniques to empower Mummas and their spouses as they bring their little one into the world. I have a diploma in nutrition and love to help women nourish their bodies from the inside out, through simple, mindful meals and regular exercise. My goal is to help families feel upheld and cared for during their postpartum experience; offering light housework, warm meals, newborn advice and support, sibling care and birth debriefs.
