I am a mother, and I am passionate about women’s postpartum care.

I decided to become a Postpartum Doula after my own experience as a new mum. I realised that when a baby is born, so is a mother, and she, like the child, needs to be nurtured, and taken care of.

Both her physical and mental health need attending to, and who else to better understand a mother, than another woman?
