The Waves exists to support mothers through the waves of postpartum and motherhood — the tender, messy, and life-changing seasons after birth.

I offer trauma-informed, in-home postpartum doula support for families in the Mission Beach area. As a mum of two with a counselling background, my approach is calm, nurturing, and deeply respectful of each mother’s lived experience.

Support is both practical and emotional, designed to help you feel held, supported, and less alone as you adjust to life with your baby — without judgement, pressure, or expectations.
