My name is Sophie & I am your local postpartum doula and holistic nutrition consultant for pregnancy and postpartum based in the North Shore, Willoughby, Sydney. I am a mum who is passionate about creating beautiful and supported postpartum experiences for other mums and dads. I provide in home care for parents and parents-to-be. There is no time limit on when I can provide care to you and my services will see you supported, care for and nourished through pregnancy and postpartum.

I studied Postpartum Care along with holistic nutrition that specialised in pregnancy and postpartum food. I have combined both of these courses within my offerings, so please know that all of my food offered in my in home care packages is made with your healing and key nutrients in mind.

In Home Postpartum Care

My in home postpartum care can be best summed up as mothering the mother. I’ll be here to guide, support and hold space for you as you make your way through matrescence and those early weeks of motherhood which can seem like a haze. The range of support offered will vary from mother to mother and visit to visit. Both of my offerings include food, as nourishing the mother with postpartum friendly foods is something I am passionate about but if this is not something you are interested in please reach out and we can tailor a package to suit your needs. I have created 4 core offerings, Doula for a Day, the Maxi Bloom, Full Bloom and Half Bloom packages. As always, everything is customisable so if you are requiring more or less support this is available, please reach out or book a connect call to discuss.

In Home Pregnancy Care

This is for the mums-to-be and the ones who are pregnant with their second, third or fourth child. Pregnancy can be damn hard, so why wait until postpartum to be cared for. Those last few months and weeks of pregnancy can so tough mentally and physically, so let me help you lighten the load.

Postpartum Nutrition Consultation

If you are feeling depleted and are looking for holistic ways to nourish and support your body through postpartum to feel your best this is for you. My consultations will deep dive into your diet and lifestyle to identify gaps and recommend foods to nourish and support postpartum healing.

Prenatal Nutrition Consultation

Instead of focusing on what we shouldn't eat when pregnant why don't we focus on what we should eat? Foods to nourish and support each stage of our pregnancy to ensure we are feeling our best whilst we grow a human.
