Whether you’re having your first or third baby, every pregnancy, birth and those months beyond bring new emotions, joy, and challenges.

I’m here to help you navigate it all by providing emotional, physical, and practical support during your during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I listen, encourage, and offer evidence-based information, advocacy, and care that helps you feel equipped and confident in trusting your intuition as you welcome a new life into the world.

Being your birth or postpartum doula is both a professional and personal relationship, which means we have to gel for it to truly work. So a bit about me…

As a mum with two grown-up kids and one in primary school, I’ve come through the other side and not just survived, but managed to (mostly) thrive. I bring my experience, calm manner, and non-judgmental approach to your birth and fourth trimester.

I believe solving a problem starts with a cup of tea, I believe there’s no one right way to birth or parent, and I believe women are flipping amazing and deserve way more credit and reverence than they get.
