Expanding on the reality of the 4th trimester post partum period. Wisdom sharing. Listening. Supporting. Bringing a sense of order where families may feel chaos in those early days/weeks. Cooking. Tidying. Making meals or cuppas, smoothies while Mum rests and integrates the journey and replenishes her being – physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Tucking mum, and partner up in a cocoon of support. Assisting with rest, nurturing, nourishing, settling, breastfeeding. Lending an ear and shoulder through this transitional rite of passage. I have worked alongside many bedsharing, cosharing, attachment, gentle parents.
