As a certified Doula, I’m here to help you navigate it all by providing emotional, physical, and practical support during your during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I listen, encourage, and offer evidence-based information, advocacy, and care that helps you feel equipped and confident in trusting your intuition as you welcome a new life into the world.

Being your birth or postpartum doula is both a professional and personal relationship, which means we have to gel for it to truly work. So a bit about me…

As a mum with two grown-up kids and one in primary school, I’ve come through the other side and not just survived, but managed to (mostly) thrive. I bring my experience, calm manner, and non-judgmental approach to your birth and fourth trimester.

• I believe there’s no one right way to birth or parent, and
• I believe women are flipping amazing and deserve way more credit and reverence than they get.
