Renee - Not your average doula

I am a Certified Postpartum doula and passionate about all things birth, postpartum and motherhood in general. 
In another life I worked as a mental health worker so I have an invested interest in nurturing new mothers mental wellbeing as they navigate their postpartum and matrescence.
I have birthed 3 incredible humans and I owe my passion for childbirth to them. After experiencing 3 completely different births and postpartum periods, I knew there was a huge gap in the support mothers receive once they go home with their babies. 
This is what drove me to become a Postpartum doula, as I believe every woman is entitled to supportive postpartum care tailored to their individual needs. 
I am now servicing Greater Sydney, NSW and my hope is that I leave my women feeling nurtured, supported, prepared, empowered and confident to tackle motherhood and all it brings!
